Terms of service

Your contract is with the company that takes your payment: IZAC Consulting LLC for international card payments processed by Stripe, and BOYP A.Ş. for payments processed by iyzico. Both companies are listed below with their registered addresses.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by e-mail after payment has been taken. If a part turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Prices are shown in the currency you select and are recalculated from live exchange rates. The price and shipping cost fixed at checkout are the ones we charge. Prices exclude import duties and local taxes at the destination.

Cross-reference data and vehicle compatibility information are provided for guidance. Always check the OEM number against the part you are replacing before fitting. A part that has been fitted cannot be returned.

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Wear items, and damage caused by incorrect fitting, accident or use outside the manufacturer's specification, are not covered.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for labour costs, loss of use of a vehicle, or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Orders invoiced by BOYP A.Ş. are governed by Turkish law, with the courts of İstanbul having jurisdiction. Orders invoiced by IZAC Consulting LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
