Returns and refunds

You may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. This follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Turkish Distance Selling Regulation; if your local law gives you a longer period, that longer period applies.

Write to us with your order number and the part numbers you want to return. We reply with a return reference and the address to send the parcel to. Parcels sent back without a reference cannot be matched to an order and will be delayed.

Parts must be unused, unfitted and in their original packaging, with any seals intact. A part that has been fitted to a vehicle, marked, or whose packaging has been destroyed cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.

Electrical components and electronic control units are only returnable unopened and unfitted.

Once the parcel arrives and we have checked the parts, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Card refunds appear on your statement within a few working days of us issuing them, depending on your bank.

We refund the price of the goods. Outbound shipping is refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty part; otherwise the return shipping cost is yours.

If we sent the wrong part, or the part is defective, we pay the return shipping and send the correct part or a full refund — your choice. Please send a photo of the part and its label when you report the problem; it usually removes a round of questions.

Parts specially ordered against a VIN, opened fluids, aerosols and other dangerous goods, and any part fitted to a vehicle. Fitment is your responsibility: check the OEM number against your vehicle before installing anything.
