Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Torbalı, İzmir, Türkiye, and from our warehouse in Itasca, Illinois for selected US orders. If a destination cannot be served by any of our carriers, checkout will tell you before you pay.

International orders travel with DHL Express, FedEx International or UPS. Typical transit time is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Dispatch normally happens within 1–2 working days of payment.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier transit times and do not include customs delays, which we cannot control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from our contracted carrier tariffs, using the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric (dimensional) weight of your parcel. The two cheapest available options are shown; the amount quoted is final.

Deliveries to addresses in Türkiye are free of charge.

Prices on this site do not include import duties, customs charges or local sales taxes. These are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient, usually to the carrier on delivery. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

Aerosols, engine oils, antifreeze and chemical additives are classed as dangerous goods in air freight. We can only export them in bulk, so a minimum quantity per line applies for destinations outside Türkiye; the checkout will state the minimum. There is no such restriction for deliveries within Türkiye.

Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and either resend the parts or refund you once the claim is resolved.
